On Sunday June 25, 2017 at Shepherds Grove, Pastor Chad Blake speaks about the importance of maintaining passion at the core of our lives. To live a fruitful life, it is also crucial to find the strength to alleviate the shame and guilt that keeps us from living out our passion

Pastor Bobby Schuller concludes his series “I Am” with the message “Yahweh Tsidkenu: I am your Righteousness” at Shepherd’s Grove on Sunday June 18, 2017.

This week's message is "I am your Righteousness." With this message, Bobby helps us reinforce one idea: God is for us, not against us. We should not feel shameful toward our imperfections, because those are the very aspects that God loves. He isn't looking for perfect people, He's looking for someone like you--someone who has faith. That is all that God asks for. So let go and have faith, because God is so proud of you.

Pastor Bobby Schuller continues his series “I Am” with the message “Yahweh Rapha: I am your Healer. You will be well” at Shepherd’s Grove on Sunday June 11, 2017.

This week's message is "I am your Healer." Everywhere He goes, all God does is heal. There is no tragedy God cannot redeem. Bobby reminds us that if you have not received the miracle that you have asked of God, it is simply because God has a better plan in store. Heaven is within you, and it is released through faith. Believe in your miracle!

Jun 6, 2017

Pastor Bobby Schuller continues his series “I Am” with the message “Yahweh Tsebaoth: I am the Lord Almighty” at Shepherd’s Grove on Sunday June 4, 2017.

This week's message is "The Lord of Armies". Pastor Bobby reminds us that God is loving, but God is tough. And when tough times come, it's good to feel vulnerable about it, and to feel whatever it is you need to feel. Despite human evil, God is always at work in your life, encouraging you to fight through hardships. The worst thing you can believe is that you're fighting alone. God wants you to sing your song of victory, so do not give up the fight!

May 30, 2017

Pastor Bobby Schuller continues his series “I Am” with the message “Yahweh Nissi: I am your Banner. You are the victor” at Shepherd’s Grove on Sunday May 28, 2017.

This week's message is "I am the Lord, your Banner". God is the banner, which is the sign of victory. Pastor Bobby reminds us that, no matter how tough your struggle, you should hold your ground and keep moving forward; God will lead you to your triumph. The greater your struggle, the greater your calling. So keep your chin up and your head held high, because God will endure, and He will endure for you.

May 22, 2017

Pastor Bobby Schuller continues his series “I Am” with the message “Yahweh Raah: I am your Shepherd. You can trust me” at Shepherd’s Grove on Sunday May 21, 2017.

In this message, Bobby explains the meaning of "I am the Lord your shepherd". We are all His sheep, and God cares deeply for us and will defend us. At all times, you have someone with you to help you through every hardship you face. God is on your side, and He will shepherd you to victory. Believe in God's blessing, and He will get you to your destiny.

May 15, 2017

Pastor Bobby Schuller continues his series “I Am” with the message “Yahweh Shammah: I am There. I will never leave you” at Shepherd’s Grove on Sunday May 14, 2017.

In this message, Bobby reminds us that when we suffer, we do not need to suffer alone. No matter what you do, there is nothing you could have done that could outrun the love and grace of God. Stress, as well, does not need to be dealt with alone. Rather, stress is better when it is shared with your loved ones, who know you deserve love and patience. We are encouraged to have a positive view on stress so that we may develop heightened awareness, a greater appreciation for life, and a closer relationship with God.

May 8, 2017

Pastor Chad Blake continues the series “I Am” with the message “Yahweh Shalom: I am the Lord Your Peace” at Shepherd’s Grove on Sunday May 7, 2017.

In this message, Pastor Chad uses his own experience of searching for a sign from God as he was placed on the path to becoming a pastor. The term "Shalom" suggests wholeness, security, and peace. Shalom is the absence of war. Shalom is finding peace and tranquility within ourselves so that we may be able to call attention to God's signs when they appear, however subtle. May we encounter Shalom through every step we make, so that we may put God's character on display.

May 1, 2017

Pastor Bobby Schuller continues his series “I Am” with the message “Yahweh Yireh: I am your Provider: You will have what you need” at Shepherd’s Grove on Sunday April 30, 2017.

God will provide.

This week, Bobby encourages you to think even bigger, pray even bigger, because God wants your life to be full of blessings. In today's society, the common desire for instant gratification is training us to be out of sync with God's world. However, it is crucial to remember that God is going to bless you so that you can be a blessing to others. His delays are NOT his denials -- your miracle is waiting.

Apr 24, 2017

Pastor Bobby Schuller begins his new series “I Am” with the message “Yahweh Bore: I am your Creator. You are my sons and daughters” at Shepherd’s Grove on Sunday April 23, 2017.

In this message, Bobby inspires us to find our life's purpose within the expansive purpose of the world. The enemy of finding our purpose is shame--we mustn't lose sight of our loving intention to co-create with one another, and with God. Let us not overthink our purpose, but rather go forth with faith and love.

Apr 17, 2017

He is risen! On Sunday, April 16, 2017, Pastor Bobby and our congregation rejoiced in the wonders of bringing things back to life by faith. Easter is the anchor of hope for every believer, and on Easter of all days, we are called to abandon our fear of death. We are reminded of how much joy has been made available to us, since heaven has opened. You belong, you have a family, come home.

Apr 10, 2017

On Palm Sunday, April 9, 2017, Pastor Bobby focuses his message on courage. Being a human being requires an extraordinary amount of courage, and all it takes for you to conquer your fears is one small step. The will to make that one single step in the direction whatever you are afraid of is purely living a life for God. Bobby encourages us not to allow fear to dictate our lives, because fear cannot take away the one thing that all of us have: choice.

Apr 3, 2017

Pastor Chad Blake shares his message entitled "The Great Sculptor" by asking how we picture God, because our attitude towards him is determinate upon this mental image. If God is for us, then who can be against us?

Mar 27, 2017

Pastor Bobby Schuller continues his series “The Narrow Road: How To Be Alive” with the message “Your Secret Life Matters Most” at Shepherd’s Grove on Sunday March 26, 2017.

In this message, Bobby advises us to manifest vulnerability as a quiet, dignified strength. Within this theme, Bobby also differentiates humility and shame, to encourage us not to confuse one for the other. There is tremendous strength in being rooted in humility and being at peace with your imperfections. You have value. So make a commitment to abandon your shame and be vulnerable with your life.

Mar 20, 2017

Pastor Bobby Schuller continues his series “The Narrow Road: How To Be Alive” with the message “Gratitude and Joy” at Shepherd’s Grove on Sunday March 19, 2017.

In this message, Bobby reminds us that a grateful heart is a magnet for miracles. By viewing each hurdle and obstacle as a blessing, you will be able to look at your life in an entirely new light. Rather than looking upon your past with regret, learn to accept each decision as a part of what makes you strengthened in the present. Because the more grateful you are, the better the future you're preparing for yourself.

Mar 13, 2017

Pastor Bobby Schuller continues his series “The Narrow Road: How To Be Alive” with the message “Sufficiency and Generosity” at Shepherd’s Grove on Sunday March 12, 2017.

This week, Bobby encourages us to be generous. Generosity practiced in faith can cause anyone to feel wealthy. Do you need an opportunity in life? Transcend your problems and help others succeed. When following God, wealth is not simply defined by monetary gains. Rather it can be measured by wisdom, knowledge, character, and benevolence. Give something away to someone in need, so that you can hear the Lord say to you, "come follow me."

Mar 6, 2017

Pastor Bobby Schuller continues his series “The Narrow Road: How To Be Alive” with the message “Don't Worry-It Will Be Okay” at Shepherd’s Grove on Sunday March 5, 2017.

It's easy to become swept up in the anxieties of our every day, but Bobby reminds us this week to slow down, let our anxieties go, and give them to God. Training your eyes to see what's good, and not dwelling on the negative things that may happen can be tricky. But simply by walking in the strength of faith, anything is possible. Life is too beautiful to worry about the little things. Let go, trust, and live in the easy rhythms of grace. That is a good life.

Feb 27, 2017

Pastor Bobby Schuller continues his series “The Narrow Road: How To Be Alive” with the message “Let Your Yes Be Yes, and Your No, No” at Shepherd’s Grove on Sunday February 26, 2017.

In this message, Bobby accentuates the importance of honesty and vulnerability by explaining the power of the words "yes" and "no". As human beings, it is not realistic for us to say yes to everything. By saying yes when you mean no, and no when you mean yes, you are lying to yourself and those around you. The reason we lie is because we're not at peace with the truth. Even if it hurts people, in the long run, the truth is always the best choice. For you, and for God.

Feb 21, 2017

Pastor Bobby Schuller continues his series “The Narrow Road: How To Be Alive” with the message “Be the Real You, You Don't Have to Prove Anything” at Shepherd’s Grove on Sunday February 19, 2017.

This week Bobby reassures us that, whatever we do, when we do something out of love rather than fear, it will be blessed by God. Allowing ourselves to be vulnerable and open might be difficult, but by doing so out of love, nothing but joy will result from such actions. You don't have to pretend to be someone you're not simply because you're craving acceptance. The most honest acceptance stems from being your true, whole self. You are loved!

Feb 13, 2017

Pastor Bobby Schuller continues his series “The Narrow Road: How To Be Alive” with the message “Of Course You're Angry, but Let it Go” at Shepherd’s Grove on Sunday February 12, 2017.

In this message, Bobby takes a moment to address an emotion that has the immediate ability to completely consume us: anger. Like pain, anger means that something is wrong. But how do we best approach this emotion?

It is not anger that brings sin upon us. Rather, it is the words we say while we are trapped in this negative mindset; we cannot get them back once said aloud. Because of the impact of our words, we are encouraged to use our words more constructively. Speak the truth, and speak it kindly.

Feb 6, 2017

Pastor Bobby Schuller continues his series “The Narrow Road: How To Be Alive” with the message "Dealing with Criticism and Competition” at Shepherd’s Grove on Sunday February 5, 2017.

In this message, Bobby harkens upon the Golden Rule of "love thy neighbor" to introduce a new idea: love your critics, love your competitors. By choosing to be merciful, you are proving that you entrust your life in Jesus. Very often, critics can be the best thing in your life, because they keep you grounded. Life is too good to hold a grudge, so love your enemies.

Jan 30, 2017

Pastor Bobby Schuller continues his series “The Narrow Road: How To Be Alive” with the message "Servant Leadership” at Shepherd’s Grove on Sunday January 29, 2017.

In this message, Bobby approaches the importance of servant leadership through Jesus' actions. Jesus was the greatest servant, greatest leader, and his goal was to bless people. With this, Bobby reminds us that each little action can create an enormous impact. If you focus on the deep, God will focus on the wide; if you focus on the individual, God will focus on the masses. God wants us to have this beneficial influence on others, so we are called to find a need and fill it.

Jan 23, 2017

Pastor Bobby Schuller continues his series “The Narrow Road: How To Be Alive” with the message "The Golden Rule” at Shepherd’s Grove on Sunday January 22, 2017.

In this message, Bobby explains how The Silver Rule becomes The Golden Rule, and the importance of each. Through this explanation, we are reminded to not only love and care for others, but also to love and care for ourselves. Love is what you do; your love is Christian, and that means it's proactive, not reactive. Bobby also fixates on the significance of empathy, because a good person is a loving person, and we are all worthy of love, no matter our faults.

Jan 17, 2017

Pastor Bobby Schuller continues his series "The Narrow Road: How To Be Alive" with the message "Doing Big Things with Big Faith" at Shepherd's Grove on Sunday January 15, 2017.

With this message, Bobby reminds us that we are offered the opportunity to get to heaven by faith. No one wants you to go to heaven more than God. Since God is rooting for you, and always looks after you, you should be confident enough in God's plan for your future without fearing the present. Faith is key; you can have faith in God because he is not holding anything over your head. Pray with faith, not with sympathy, because faith is what pleases God.

Jan 9, 2017

Pastor Bobby Schuller continues his series "The Narrow Road: How to be Alive" with his message "You Get a Fresh Start" at Shepherd's Grove on Sunday January 8, 2017.

In this message, Bobby fixates on our ability to inherit heaven on earth. As we reflect on our sins, mistakes, and regrets, it becomes clear that these negative elements have ultimately been rooted in our lack of connecting with others, or a fear of not belonging. Bobby stresses the spectacular importance of this one truth: the greatest human need is to connect deeply with others. You are enough; you don't need to earn anything. You deserve to make love a priority.
